Why we publish our prices

Every garage door company in South Florida says "honest" on the truck. What most of them don't do is tell you what a spring costs before they're standing in your garage with the door disabled. We do, on this website, because the price surprise is the one thing homeowners here complain about more than anything else, and because we'd rather earn the call than trap it.

Three promises

1. The price we quote is the price you pay. One flat number, in writing, before any work starts. If the job takes longer, that's our problem, not your bill.
2. We tell you when you don't need us. Dirty sensors, a tripped lock, a remote battery: we'll walk you through it on the phone and you owe nothing. A door that's really done gets the honest verdict too.
3. Same day, or an honest time. When you call before 3 PM we're usually there the same day. When we can't be, we say when, not "sometime this week."

Everything about this county is hard on a garage door. Salt air east of I-95 eats springs and cables. Summer heat cycles openers to death. Licensed, insured, permitted

We hold the county garage door contractor certification, carry liability insurance, and pull a permit on every replacement door. If someone offers to install a door without a permit "to save you money," they're saving you the insurance discount and the inspection that would catch a bad install.
